General Enquiries

How do I get to FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at MetLife Stadium from Aura Hotel Times Square?

  • Aura Hotel Times Square is close to major subway stops like Times Square–42nd Street and 42nd Street–Bryant Park with many lines including A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R, W.
  • Walk to one of these stations and take a subway to 34th Street–Penn Station (for example the 1, 2 or 3 or A, C, E depending on which is closest).
  • At Penn Station, board an NJ Transit train to Secaucus Junction.
  • At Secaucus Junction, switch to the Meadowlands Rail Line shuttle train that runs on event days and drops you off at Meadowlands Rail Station near MetLife Stadium.
  • As with Life Hotel, you can also go to Port Authority Bus Terminal (steps from Times Square) to catch the Coach USA 351 Meadowlands Express bus straight to the stadium on match days.

When is check in/check out time?

Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am.

Is Breakfast Available at the Hotel?

Yes, breakfast is available to add to your reservation, either as à la carte or as a package per person. Breakfast is served by The Long Room, a restaurant and bar next door to the Aura Hotel. 

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary wi-fi to our guests throughout the building and in our lobby.

Is there Valet Parking?

Parking is self-parking for $75/night pre-tax.

Does Aura Have a Fitness Center?

Yes, Aura's Fitness center is newly renovated and equipped with new Peloton machines.
 

What is Included in the Destination Fee?

Our destination fee is $35 per night and includes Wi-Fi and a welcome drink (one drink per person and two maximum per reservation) at The Long Room, our next-door neighbor.

Note: Includes two drink coupons for a glass of wine, beer, or a soft drink.

Are Rollaway Beds Available?

No, unfortunately Aura Hotel does not have any rollaway beds on property. 

Do the Rooms have Mini Refrigerators?

Yes, we do offer mini fridges for an additional charge. 

Is the Hotel Smoke Free?

Yes, Aura Hotel is 100% smoke free.

Can I Bring my Pet?

Yes, we love pets ! For your furry friend to stay, we require a $150 fee per pet per stay - pet bed and bowls provided! Maximum 2 pets per room.

Have your computer read webpages aloud

  • Most modern operating systems are capable of text to speech voice synthesizing. This allows you to have your computer read entire webpages or selected text on your screen out loud to you.

Increase the font size on any webpage

Most modern web browsers are capable of increasing/decreasing font sizes while on a webpage. For detailed instructions please see the WCAG documentation page.

  • To increase the font size, hold the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + (plus) key.
  • To decrease the font size, hold the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the - (minus) key.
  • To revert to the default font size, hold the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the 0 (zero) key.
    You can also set font-sizes universally for all pages that you visit in some browsers.
  • For Internet Explorer, press the "Alt" key on your keyboard. A new menu will appear below the address bar, click "View" and select "Text Size".
  • For Safari, click the "Safari" menu in the top-left corner of your screen, then select "Preferences". Then click "Advanced" and check the "Never use font sizes smaller than" checkbox under "Accessibility". Set this to your liking.
  • For Chrome, click the "Menu" icon at the top-right of your window (3 horizontal lines) and then select "Settings". Scroll down and click "Show advanced settings". Scroll down to "Web content" and adjust to your liking.
  • For Firefox, click the "Menu" icon at the top-right of your window (3 horizontal lines) and then select "Preferences". Select "Content" from the left-sidebar. The "Fonts & Colors" section can be adjusted to your liking.

Zoom content on your screen

Most modern operating systems are capable of zooming your entire screen. This may be a good alternative if increasing font sizes alone is not sufficient.

  • For Windows, click the "Start" menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen and then go to "All Programs", then "Accessories", then "Ease of Access" and then click "Magnifier". Click the "Options" button and then move the slider to adjust the zoom increment.

  • For Mac OS X, click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen and go to "System Preferences", then choose "Accessibility", then click "Zoom". You can assign keyboard shortcuts or trackpad gestures.

Change font colors and background colors

Most modern web browsers allow you to override fonts with your own formatting.

  • For Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" button and then click "Internet Options". Then click the "General" tab and then click "Accessibility". Check the following checkboxes "Ignore colors specified on webpages", "Ignore font styles specified on webpages", and "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages". Then click "Ok" and change the fonts to your liking.

  • For Internet Explorer, click the gear icon at the top-right of your window and then select "Internet Options". Click the "General" tab and then click the "Colors" button under "Appearance". Uncheck "Use Windows Colors" and change the colors to your liking.

  • For Chrome, search the Chrome Extension Web Store for a suitable extension.
  • For Firefox, click the "Menu" icon at the top-right of your window (3 horizontal lines) and then select "Preferences". Select "Content" from the left-sidebar. Click "Colors..." in the "Fonts & Colors" section and adjust the colors to your liking.

Make your mouse cursor larger

Lowering your screen resolution may help you keep track of your mouse cursor. Alternatively, most modern operating systems allow you to increase the size of your mouse cursor.

  • For Windows, click the "Start" menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen and then type "Mouse" (may need to click "Search" first if using Windows 8 or later). Select the "Mouse" option. Click the "Pointers" tab and adjust the size to your liking.
  • For Mac OS X, click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen and go to "System Preferences", then choose "Accessibility", then click "Display". Adjust the "Cursor size" slider to your liking.

What types of events can Aura Times Square host?

We welcome a variety of gatherings—from corporate meetings, press junkets, and product launches to intimate weddings, social celebrations, and creative photo or video shoots.

How many guests can the meeting spaces accommodate?

Our Boardroom comfortably hosts up to 15 guests for meetings. For larger gatherings, our Penthouse Suites and other spaces can be adapted to fit your event style and size.

What setups are available for the meeting room?

The Boardroom offers a fixed executive table with comfortable seating for focused discussions. Other spaces can be arranged in cocktail, lounge, or banquet-style layouts depending on your needs.

What is included with the meeting space rental?

The Boardroom comes with: High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Large presentation screen or TV monitor
  • Notepads and pens
  • Water service

Can we bring our own catering?

Yes. Outside catering is permitted, though cleaning fees may apply. We can also connect you with preferred local vendors for curated menus.

Is catering available in-house?

Aura Times Square works with trusted catering partners to offer tailored menus for breakfast meetings, working lunches, cocktail hours, or celebratory dinners.

Can we book guest rooms for our group?

Yes. We offer special group rates when you reserve 10 or more guest rooms. Book 15 or more rooms and enjoy complimentary Boardroom use for up to 6 hours (subject to availability).

Do you provide AV or technical support?

Yes. Basic AV is included with the Boardroom rental, and additional equipment or on-site tech support can be arranged with advance notice.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events coinciding with New York City's peak seasons (spring, fall, and December holidays).
